Like innocence of a small child
Yet holds the potential of Infinity!

More than Troubled Mind-
I find it a mind in turmoil
Baffled, confused, disturbed
Struggling with itself
But it's also for a moment!
Coz the mind is much more like water
It takes the shape with the tide of emotions
& who is beyond this Mind...
It's SOUL eternal
The permanent one!
Pure, Truthful Self!
Easiest way to get hold of the mind
Is to sit quiet &
Let it drift where it will for a while
Quest for Truth is coming from
Inner core of your Existence
Your Essence!
Mind is just the surface...
Where you get the impressions 
& see the reflections
But it's not real as its shaded
by colours of your understanding of Truth!
No wonder it is Temporary!
The moment you drop all notions & concepts
 And look within in the light of Guiding Spirit 
Eternal Truth unraveled!
Amidst Worldly Drama of ups & downs
Gain or Loss, Success or failure
We can still retain the calm composure
& Serenity 
playing our roles assigned in this mortal world
 without forgetting our real Identity of
Who we are and what we are here for
You will know by listening to your Soul!
Act with your Intellect,
Love by your Heart,
Be aware of your Mind
But above all know that 
You are FreeUnbound, Immortal Self
