What's the significance of Integrity in a world 

where the rule of  survival of fittest applies. 

Specially when proving oneself at cost of others

 becomes the norm amidst  competitiveness.

Talking about integrity the question arises-

Is it a myth to expect it even?

But then  how to imagine a world without the trace of Integrity 

Is it not the very existential criteria to function on mutual trust

The world runs functionally well only when

everyone are doing their part 

with utmost sincerity & responsibility.

The law of Nature teaches us about integrity, purity, discipline & in discrimination.

 Unfortunately the havoc created by  human race with vested interest 

when causes imbalance to Mother Nature

that we face the fury of Nature

 

Coming back to need of falling back on integrity  

with the understanding there is no choice of discarding it totally

is it still not a challenge in testing situation to maintain it judiciously.

or does it makes you move mountains to keep your character upright 

while rest of the world seems to get its easier way out  with cheaper instant shortcuts

 

Well shortcuts are never lasting solutions

on the contrary it pushes so many trouble some buttons 

Wiser are those who knows better late than never

Its the sound sleep that matters at the end of the day

Peace of mind ultimately wins over Happiness 

Instant pleasure is nothing but trailer of unending saga of torments

Integrity is such part and parcel of character building

that saves you from barbarism, the very reason of being Human

 

With this piece of wisdom if one is asked-

Will you still lie or steal if you find no one is around to notice you?

Why is it that - we need validation for our sanctity

we need someone's presence to testify our truthfulness

 

Again a nerve wrecking question is 

how many of us follow integrity for our own sake

Is it not the social stigma   being forsaken 

that we are beware of !

 

It may sound overwhelming but

its certainly pulling up the curtains to reveal the Bare truth!

Not abiding by your own Conscious Self

is nothing less than a crime

of   loosing out one's essence!

It robs you of the innate guiding light

which gets dimmer and dimmer 

succumbing to lower instincts.

 

Let's not forget that there is always a witness to our actions

called/ uncalled for, ethical/ unethical 

That Witness is all pervading Pure Self 

indiscriminately watching our deeds 

following rule of Nature

without Self interest for a Higher purpose

merging with Universal power 

Such is the strength of Character buidling

Such is the grace of upholding Integrity

It connects us directly to our Higher Self

and liberates us from the chains of slavery of Superficial world!
