Existence ushers in civilisation

Creation itself depicts orderliness by Nature 

So does our Society emerging from a solid foundation of

fundamental rules & regulations

to abide by every single person part of it

Every individual is unique- so is their community;

marked by specific cultural or regional significance-

very much distinct in their characteristic yet uniform in their own lot.

So the almost identical pattern of similar interests co exists in terms of parallel world

Without interference or disruption like independent nations

while there can be glimpse of chaos amidst Uniformity 

or interestingly Harmony can prevail in divergence!
